Find Your Brand Voice With These 5 Steps
Voice of brand is the thing that let your brand make a good look at top of the chart or billboard. It is a difficult task to make a catchy voice that makes a brand popular. Some time it is hard for customer to understand what your tag line or noise is saying. As another side of coin, it is hard for a brand to make a good noise that is being heard easily.
Brand noise helps them to stand out and make good relation with the customers. Your voice should be like a pop song, whenever and wherever they hear about your product, it should come into the mind of customer. Voice is the one that vie attention of user to your product, so it should be catchy.
Know Your Audience
One way to make your audience your voice is to know who you are going to target here. Select random audiences of your targeted area. Interview them; ask them questions about their interest, like, dislike, hobby, favorite sports, food and other. Every single detail from them will let you improve your voice and product by tiny details.
Find common links between individuals answer, make a detailed analysis of every answer. This will help you in making a shape of your voice with the requirement based on analysis. In other words, you have to learn what your audience is thinking and evolve with that.

Jump off with Adjectives: Collect the information from your team members and gather the information regarding description of your brand. Compare and find similar adjective from them. Use that as a boost for the noise.
Follow Your Audience: Work on your audience’s social site activities like Twitter, Facebook or other forum sites. See with whom they are interacting and how they interact. Act like the same but not too similar.
Give Your Voice a Face: Choose a spokesperson that will represent your company and will deliver your voice to audience. Personality of the spokesperson is reflection of the company. Choose them wisely.
Test It: When you are done with all this process. Let yourself and audience hear the noise and if any past make you or audience feel bad, then redo all the exercise and eliminate that part of noise.
