Signs Shows That Your Boss Doesn’t Respect Their Employee

There are many reason people leave there job but one of the common reason exist is that when they feel unappreciated, or underrated by their boss or company or both.

There was a time when boss is used to ask his/her employees about their work, how is the life going, used to stop by the desk of employees to have their opinion on new task and projects. This makes us feel flattered for a while but it is all just a dream.

The all boss are not actually the same at all. To some of the boss one is just an insignificant peon. As not every employee is there just for money, everyone love it when they get full attentions. Everyone want to feel that their contribution was worth a shot.

According to the study conducted by the Google and Facebook on the ‘What makes a boss image better to their employee?’ Both the study shown the same result that was ‘caring for their employee’. A boss who think for their employee and listen to them on gives a better result on the slate than the one who do not think about them and don’t give them a proper attention.

Some highlighted signs are:

Your Time Means Nothing: When boss become unresponsive to your queries and give you no answer in time and when work hours are about to end he told you to these are the updates or gives you reply to that question asked hours ago.

He have to understand that employee is also a human that is working for him and if you treat him like that they will leave you. Boss do not own all the time of their employee just for that piece of paper called money.

Forget the Commitments: When He/ She make commitment just to shut his/ her employee up and forget after a time period and act like that never happen to save self. This make and negative impression on employee.

Ignorance: A good boss keep checking up his employee like how are they? Or how they feel? Or anything that they want from his/ her side.

But a Boss who keep ignoring his/ her employee and just become mean like talk to them while need them that is a bad habit and make their employee leave early.

No Explanation: A boss who give no answer to their employee like why logo of that site was changed or why the meeting was canceled and can we make these changes to this? All there question are being ignore by the boss just because boss thinks that you are not worthy to tell that, but if you are part of one project it is your right to know anything that happen to that project with explanation.
