There is a very famous tagline related to food as “The way to go to one’s heart passes through his stomach” and this is fully verified in the case of the foodies. Everyone is busy in today’s life and unable to get those stuff and time for the owner, because in case of if someone needs to have something which is not regular then usually either they order that or drop the idea to eat instead of cook it. Why we are this much is busy that we are unable to eat what we are craving for? There is a number of reasons to explain this. The more simple one is that we are tired because the day at the office was so long and exhausting. Another reason maybe is that we can save our time by ordering it instead of wasting our time cooking it and the reason for those people who are beginners in cooking is that it is hard and a little complex to try new recipes.

So why not we come with some most simple recipes that are tasty and healthy too. Yes, you heard it correct, here I am going to share a most simple and healthy version of bread which will surely satisfy your tummy and lighten your mood with a complement of a cup of tea. The recipe is simple and can easily cook with the ingredients available in your kitchen. Banana Bread or you can also call it banana cake is the most elegant and filling snack for your tea time, it is healthy because of the number of health benefits of banana and we give it a little healthy touch by replacing refined flour with wheat flour.

Ingredients:

2 ripe Bananas(Mashed)
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup curd
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

Process:

Take a mixer jar and add peeled ripe bananas and sugar together and blend it now take out the mixture in a bowl. Take another bowl and add all dry ingredients and mix it now add the dry mix into the bowl of blended stuff and add curd on it and whisk if the mixture seems a little dry add milk to whisk the batter until it gets the cake-like batter consistency. In the batter, you can also add your favorite dry fruits, choco chips, or some sort of tuttie fruties as per your mood. In meanwhile preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Take a tin mold and brush its sides with butter and place a butter paper on the bottom, now pour the bread batter into the mold, and place it on the microwave for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
For proper baking, you can use the toothpick to check that your bread is ready to take out or not if the toothpick comes out clean then take out your mold from the oven and let it cool. When the bread comes at the room temperature demold it and cut the pieces and serve it. Your banana bread is ready to eat with a cup of tea.
