Women’s are the most strongest creatures of the world. That’s why nature has given them some difficult tasks to perform and sometimes it create more pain in their lives. One of the most common and painful thing which every female face in their life is periods. Although period is the natural phenomenon which occurs every month to the females who hit the puberty. Period cramps are one of the most painful thing females face in their life.

Period cramps are normal to having it but it varies according to different body structure of females. Some may feel normal pain in their abdomen, lower back, legs, bloating, nausea and headache and some may feel more cramps and in some cases it is very difficult to endure. The reason of having more pain is due to stress, fatigue, iron deficiency and weakness in body.

Below are the list of some foods that will help women to reduce their pain at some extent:-

Fruits:- Fruits are enriched with natural sugar and have essential nutrients that will help you to make your body needs complete and also complete the sweet cravings, which are very common during periods. Water-rich fruits such as watermelon, cucumber and fruits like banana which are full of potassium and magnesium helps you to control your mood swings and maintain the water balance in your body.

Water:- Dehydrated body may leads to more problems during those painful days. So it is important to hydrate your body by drinking lots of water. Water is also essential ingredient which helps you to reduce your pain.

Chocolate:- Sweet cravings and mood swings are very common symptoms during periods. So eating dark chocolate helps to reduce the mood swings and leads a good sleep which also reduce your stress level. Dark chocolate also helps in maintaining the blood pressure of the body.

Green Leafy Vegetables:- The iron deficiency of body is the main cause of having painful periods then in that case including green vegetables in your diet will help you to reduce your cramping. Vegetables like Spinach which are enrich in iron and magnesium will reduce the fatigue and bloating.

Yogurt:- Yogurt is enrich with magnesium, calcium and a probiotic-rich food. If you get yeast infections during periods then having yogurt reduce the chances of vaginal infections by promoting good bacteria.

The period pain is common but if you are feeling severe pain which are hard to endure then it is recommended to visit the doctor. Eating iron, magnesium enrich foods helps to maintain your body balance during those days and maintain the blood flow also. Doing yoga is also a plus point to reduce the pain.
