COVID-19 Immunity Drink
As we all are aware of COVID 19 Pandemic which has affected almost every life in the world and its exact cure has not discovered yet. So everyone is taking their own precautions for preventing themselves from this coronavirus.
And the lockdown period is also forwarding towards the unlock period and most of the countries are already starting to reopen their public places and hubs. But the spreading of the coronavirus relentlessly keeps increasing day by day. So there is a requirement of some extra caring and we have to put some other efforts into prevention because now we will start coming into the contact with other people except our family. As our doctors also recommending us to drink and eat those stuff which supposedly helpful for us to boost our immunity and maintains our good health.
Here I am going to share a quick recipe for an Immunity drink based on ingredients that are easily available in our kitchen and it has great results for your body. The drink is simple and easy to make and refreshing and tasty to enjoy.
About the Recipe:
This is a simple and herbs based drink which re-energies your day and proves beneficial against the coronavirus.
Take 1.5 liters of water and put it in the flame, once the water starts boiling add mulethi and crushed ginger to it. And let it boil for a minute then add mishri, peppercorns, cloves, turmeric powder,1 teaspoon of desi Ghee(it is purely optional), and leave it to boil for 45 minutes approximately.
When the liquid is reduced to some extent after 45 minutes now add tulsi leaves, lemongrass, honey, and a pinch of salt in it and again boil it for 10 minutes. Then squeeze the half lemon and strain it into a jar or vessel and your health booster drink is ready to drink.
Some points to Remember:
There is no as such side effects of this drink, you can drink it twice or thrice in a day. But please try to take it especially during morning and evening, you can drink it whenever you will suffering from a cold or cough.
