INTRODUCTION

We all know today what food we are eating that is not fresh and not so benefitted for our health. But we cannot do anything because all food is like that because we all are now using different types of chemicals to increase productivity, to increase the fertility of the soil, etc which in turn affect our body system when we consume such food. Like also, today many of us eat junk food in which different types of spices and oil are used to make it delicious but this results in deteriorating our health by causing diseases like obesity, sugar, etc. So to minimize all this we all have started to do physical workouts to make us physically and mentally fit. Because we all know that how important is physical fitness to us in today’s world? And it also keeps us away from various harmful diseases. But there are some effects on everything. Like physical fitness also have both good and bad impacts on our body. Do you know overall what are the impacts that physical fitness has on our body system? If no, then please go through the below context as I am going to discuss “Impacts of physical fitness on our lives” in the below-mentioned context.

We all know physical fitness can boost our stamina, tone our body, and lengthen our life span. But there are other effects also good or bad that physical fitness has on an individual’s body. Below are the various ways how regular physical exercises can impact our lives:-

  1. Different sleep schedule:- Fitness can either improve or worsen one’s sleep cycle depending on when he/she is exercising. A morning or afternoon workout is great for tiring up one’s muscles and forcing them to crave the restorative nature of sleep when bedtime comes around. An evening workout in comparison to a morning or afternoon workout can disturb one’s circadian rhythm by raising his/her heart rate, blood pressure, and internal temperature at an inappropriate time. Bedtime is the time when one’s body system slows down all these systems so exercising at that time will confuse your brain into feeling awake.
  2. Personal grooming:- Physical activities can affect one’s grooming habits whether it is for good or worse. But the positive thing is that a high physical fitness level can help in circulating nutrients in one’s body to make his/her skin clear and brighten. Extreme vigorous workouts and tight ponytails may result in strain on hair follicles and even leads to hair loss.
  3. Hormonal changes:- Physical exercise makes one feel happy. Exercise helps in regulating hormone levels which can improve metabolism and lower stress levels. It also makes the body to release feel-good neurotransmitters such as serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine to boost mood shortly even after a moderate workout.

CONCLUSION

From the above, we can conclude that physical activity has both good as well as worse benefits. We have to keep in mind the above while exercising to minimize the worse effects that physical activity has on our body.
