Is it Necessary to Wash Hands?

In this corona pandemic, you must have told to wash your hands with soap. But do you think? is it necessary? You may think why to wash your hands after coming from outside or before having some food. Many people wash their hands with water but it is not enough to reduce the germs; for it washing hands with soap or applying an alcohol-based hand sanitizer is a necessary thing.

Some people wash their hands with soap but they touch anything to the next second and then they go and eat or touch another person. But it is not a good habit because if you are touching a thing that may have many germs present on it which will be a reason for your sickness and others too. Your skin is a good environment for the growth of germs as it has moisture and protein on which germs can grow.  If you are still sneezing by just covering your mouth with hands and after that not washing hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based sanitizer then you are transferring your diseases to others. Always snizz or cough using a tissue paper and throw it or cover your mouth properly with an elbow and suddenly have a hand wash with soap or an alcohol-based sanitizer. Avoid touching your nose, eyes, and mouth before cleaning your hands properly.

Don’t ignore the washing hands of your children.  Wash their hands after defecation, before having food, after coming from outside, sneezing or coughing, etc.

When you wash your hand with soap and water or alcohol-based sanitizer at least for 20 seconds then many germs are destroyed; when you rub your hands some of them also die due to that and after that when you dry it with a clean towel then you are making yourself safe from infections.
