I know that the title is just confusing you that how anyone can ever tell the rules to be happy? Because happiness is a natural thing and it comes over to us whenever we are satisfied with what we have or when we get a feeling of anything which lightens our mood and heart. Happiness is something which is more comforting than we define it in words, it’s just a kind of feeling that we wish to feel every time.

Life is a journey full of sentiments good or bad doesn’t matter, everyone has to face both sides of it. No one can ever get rid off of this. So in this life cycle we can not deny facing the hardships and success in our life but sometimes when we pass through the hardships then it sometimes becomes almost unbearable to hold more pain, sadness, rejection, and anxiety. In this type of situation, there should be a need to follow some rules that will make you happy and are able to protect a bit from any kind of sadness that you will have to face in your life.
So there is a complete list of those small rules which will save you from coming anxiety, depression, stress and so. These rules are basic rules and are mentioned below:-

⦁ Don’t expect anything from anyone: Yes I am sure that we are actually not accepting that we expect something from our life and we always deny to accept this but there is a bitter truth that we expect always what we to want to achieve may the quantity varies from more or less.

⦁ Don’t Trust too Soon: When we start trusting anyone and when they leave us then it is more painful and hurting. Always trust after you make sure that the person is not gonna hurt you.

⦁ Let the Past stay in the Past: It is always good to leave all the things that happened in the past can’t be undone nor changed. Past is past and it will not come to us anymore so it’s better to forget about it.

⦁ Make every second count: Time is precious, and one thing that money can’t buy is time. And every single second count so it is better to make the worth of it.

⦁ Do things for yourself: Live, love, and take time for yourself because this life is not going to come again, so enjoy some moments for yourself and try to love yourself first instead of loving others.

⦁ Don’t let people run your mind: Nature has given an equal amount of brain and sense to all humans. So just use that and try to analyze the things by yourself because if you are not commanding your brain then another person will do and that will not a good enough to prove that you are a human.

⦁ Mind over Mouth: A mouth is something which can give you either sweet or bitter, which means always connect your brain before speaking and it is good practice. Otherwise, the words hurt more than ammunition.

⦁ Accept Mistakes and Changes: Everyone makes mistakes, no one is 100 percent perfect so accept your mistakes and try to correct it rather than hiding it from others and make fool of yourself. Change is the law of nature, not frighten from changes, everybody changes according to time you too, change is constant so let it happen according to itself.

Here some of the rules to achieve happiness in your life. I know there is easy to say than to follow it but try to include these things step by step, I am sure that it will definitely be going to benefit you. Stay happy and positive.
