The beautiful thing about nature is that it has lots of surprises in it and it reveals its beauty from time to time. One of the most favorites is about weather like it thrills human beings with its exciting seasons. In India, there are mainly four seasons that occur during a year which affects accordingly into human lives-Winter, Summer, Spring, and Monsoon. Every season has its own specialty and beauty and there should be no comparison between them because as a Human you have to enjoy each beauty of nature and literally we are habituated with all these changes.
As here the winters are coming soon, so it’s important to take care of ourselves and family members to make them competent and enjoy this weather. Winter is the most loved season of major population and the reason which I thought behind it is the flexibility which it gives. You don’t need to stress about that sweating moment which summer gives us, there’s no restriction about what to wear, how much to eat, and other health issues. But there is a lack of winter is that it is less suitable weather for those whose immunity is weak because they have more chances to fall ill than other people with strong immunity. Especially as we are still fighting from Covid-19 so it’s more important to take care of ourselves in this chilling weather.
As the chilling wind hits our skin, we feel refreshing as well as thrilled. But these cold waves affect our skin by making it dry and unnourished. No matter what type of lotion have you applied but after sometimes the moisture has drained out from our skin and it looks pale and dry. So here I am going to share some natural and easy skincare tips which will I wish helpful for your skincare and you can enjoy this beautiful season not worrying about your dry lips and skin.
Whenever we talk about our skincare, Ayurveda has shown impeccable and positive impacts on our bodies. It is something which keeps you always beautiful and marvelous without having side effects. Here I am giving some small yet effective Skincare tips which really gonna help you all-
Apply Oil Before Bathing:-This is small but the most effective tip to make your skin nourished during winters. Before going to bath it is good to apply your regular oil on your body, it helps to protect your skin from drying and itching.
Apply Aloe Vera Gel Or Almond Oil During Night:-Before going to sleep if you apply Aloe vera gel or almond oil on your face then it shows you great results. It helps your skin to relax, soothe and almond oil also helps you for a good sleep.
Scrub your Lips:-Not to forget about dry lips problem during winters, it is highly recommended to scrub your lips with some natural scrubber like (Coffee+sugar powder, Honey +Sugar) at least 2-3 times in a weak. After scrubbing always remember to apply lip balms. It helps to enhance the lip color and removes the dry lips problems.
Add Olive Or Coconut Oil With Your Lotion:-If you have applied lotion but it stays no longer and makes your skin dry then you can mix olive or coconut oil as per your preference with your lotion. It helps to make your skin hydrated and nourished for a long time.
Massage your scalp with Aloe Vera Gel:-Before washing your hairs, if you apply aloe vera gel and massage your scalp with it, it is somehow helpful to get rid of dandruff. It is better to wash your hair at least 3 times a weak.
Drink Aloe vera Juice\Vegetable Juice:-For glowing and beautiful skin, always try to drink juices, especially for winters it is always a best practice to drink aloe vera juice or Vegetable juice(Amla, Carrot and beetroot).

Every season is unique in itself and we can enjoy it when we are having good physical and mental balance.
