Exercise helps in relieving stress by releasing the endorphins present. A decent amount of 30 minutes of exercise daily is recommended for every person to stay healthy overall.
- Take adequate breaks: Being constantly engrossed and engaged in your work will lead to high levels of stress, anxiety, and fatigue. To reduce the stress levels, take a break in between so that you can focus on something less stressful. These breaks can be small gaps of 5 minutes or also can be a small vacation to your favorite destination.
