Why Women are better at Managing People Than Men

Management is a task that is not everyone’s cup of tea. If you are a person of patience then you can be a good manager. There is a race where some still are trying to prove Men are superior in managing other and vise versa. This rage will keep on going to end of humanity for sure. A good manager should also be able to make management of people from different cultures and places. Both men and women have different sets of skills and methods of doing anything. And this needs to be considered by both but when it comes to management it women sits above men.

Women into Managing People

Entrepreneur Magazine took an interview with Noopur Doshi, Founder of The Matchbox Cowork. This interview was focused on why women are better at management. She explained her thought here on why she thinks that women are better at management. One thing she mentioned in an interview was a common science fact. ‘Women are good at multitasking’, this well-known fact surely make them good at management above men. Well, she started all with justifying her brand’s name. Her words were, “Matchbox means a lot of matchstick coming together”.

She also added, their organization is a place where different people come together to ignite new ideas. According to her women are compassionate about what they do and that stand them out. Not just that she also included that a good manager of life is also a good manager in the organization. According to her, if women are introduced into a working space then it is a bigger chance for them to make their presence into the open world. Many women have already proven their values to organizations.

Many countries have a problem that women are not allowed to do work or they can do it from home. We simply can’t change that but putting more women into co-working space will help other women to step out of their house. These women will have more opportunity and will create more opportunity. She also added, a bigger co-working space is required for women. Yes, men will also have shared in that and this sharing will increase their experience. It is time to say ‘Women in Black’.
