Michael Jackson Estate Drop “Leaving Neverland” Concert Film on YouTube

Michael Jackson

There is been controversy since Michael Jackson Estate dropped a video that aired on Sundance, HBO into 2 part documentary “Leaving Neverland”. This alleges that the late singer used to sexually abuse boys. There is been a wedding ceremony that took place with a ring of gold and diamond on it. Parents were unaware of what is going to happen to their child behind those doors.

Don’t miss the magic from the King of Pop himself!” the Michael Jackson Twitter account wrote. “Immerse yourself in Michael Jackson. Live in Bucharest and Live at Wembley Stadium available for a limited time on Michael Jackson’s @youtube!”

By the time he died at age 50 in 2009, Michael Jackson had been trailed by allegations of child sexual abuse for more than 15 years. That side of his life is the subject of a new two-part documentary, “Leaving Neverland,” that began airing on HBO Sunday night. (Part Two airs on Monday night, but is already available to stream on HBO Go and HBO Now.) It contains granular, disturbing detail that could reshape his legacy for years to come.

Both Joy Robson, Wade’s mother, and Stephanie Safechuck, James’ mom, say Jackson for a time felt like another son to them. (Jackson met James when they starred in a Pepsi commercial and Wade when the boy’s Jackson impersonation led to an onstage appearance in Wade’s native Australia during the Bad tour).

He visited both families’ homes and hosted them at homes he owned, including Neverland Ranch. His childlike persona and, the documentary implies, the overwhelming nature of his fame helped convince the families that Wade and James would be safe in his company.

As Safechuck tells it, Jackson’s Santa Barbara County property had several spaces where he took the boy for sexual encounters, from a room adjacent to the main house’s home theater to a bedroom above the theme park’s train stations. The hallway leading to the singer’s bedroom had a series of bells that sounded if someone was approaching.

Jackson’s fans swarmed Twitter on Sunday

Devoted Jackson fans had been girding themselves for the documentary, and through a loose network of pro-Jackson websites and hashtags began planning to counteract the film.

When it began, they overwhelmed the #LeavingNeverland hashtag with thousands of tweets calling the men liars and the film a work of fiction.
