How 5G Technology will Change The World?
The 5G technology is fully set to make our world a wireless world. With the demand for greater data speeds increasing day by day, 5G will certainly bring a whole new advanced setup that gives us greater benefits. With 5G in place, people will get to experience higher data speeds, lower latency in communication, and also will increase the data limits for every individual user.
The abbreviation 5G simply means the fifth generation. It is similar to the previous generations in terms of hardware. When you talk about what is the difference between 4G and 5G technologies, the only thing that is changed is the bandwidth. In 5G, the bandwidth is greater than that of 4G. Frequency bands are added to the higher and lower ends of the spectrum to increase the bandwidth. This implies that the 5G networks can handle more devices as compared to the 4G networks which also makes it faster and better.
With increased speeds and lower latency, 5G technology will have many benefits and applications. Artificial intelligence, the internet of things, and various other upcoming technologies will be boosted with the use of 5G. IoT is one of the technologies which will extensively use 5G in its applications. Currently, IoT-enabled devices only work under a local wireless network which restricts movement in a certain space. With 5G in place, IoT enabled devices will be able to gain access and communicate with the cloud from anywhere.
Smart cities are now turning into a reality and with faster internet speeds, these smart cities will become even smarter. Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence, and various technologies have their application in the development of a smart city. Traffic flow and navigation, managed by Artificial Intelligence, are some of the features in a smart city. Apart from this, 5G will enhance our streaming quality with events being streamed at a greater resolution like 4K which will improve the user experience.
