Independence & Freedom

So let’s start with a simple question that is –
What is Independence? And is there is any difference between independence and freedom? well, I’m going today to detail out the meaning of both independence or freedom.

Independence:

The term independence means the quality or state of being ‘Independent’.Or in an easy way, it is the ability to live your life without being helped or influenced by other people.

Freedom:

It is the quality or state of being free from the absence of necessity, constraint in choice or action, the state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement or physical restraint.

Is it not like that both terms have an almost similar meaning? If it seems, not to worry I will explain their differences below to understand their meaning.

Difference between Independence and Freedom?

Independence is merely a state of not being subject to the authority of an external agent.

Freedom is the ability to think and act as you see fit.

Another difference is-
Independence is absolute
Freedom is Subjective

Moving from the connection between Independence and freedom. Now let me focus on the real explanation of Independence.

For real independence, we need to get rid of some topics which are now become a general part of society. Some points are mentioned below-

1. First, we need to change some dogmatic ideology because somewhere these types of ideology play an important role in setting social limits.

2. I am not talking here anything Gender-specific but when all the children will go for education that’s the real sense of independence on that day. Then we will not hear the word like child labor, uneducated child, poor child, etc. I know that this all will not gonna easy at all but for calling ourselves independent we have to fight and try our best.

3. We want Azaadi from racism, imperialism, discrimination, which divides our nation and creates a difference between one human to another human. I am not pointing that religion is bad but the extra nourishment and care under religion will definitely give birth to racism.

4. We need Azaadi from corruption, nepotism, wrong mindset, and to stand against wrong.

We don’t want that kind of Azaadi which gives birth to homicidal protests but we want independence by peacefully collaborating with each member of the society.

If we will able to do these works for society then on that day we will get real independence to some extent.
